These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Kakeru (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including guest users and users signed in with Google accounts.

2. Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest or by signing in with Google.
You are responsible for managing your account and access to your devices.
You must not impersonate others or use unauthorized accounts.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the Service (such as drawings, titles, and related data).
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.
You should ensure that your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Interfere with system operation, security, or availability.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service in unauthorized ways.
Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

The Service software, design, and related assets are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them beyond permitted use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any interruption, suspension, malfunction, or data loss related to the Service.

We may update these Terms. The updated version becomes effective when posted on this page. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notifications or other appropriate means.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Fukuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes related to the Service.
